       Business client account information: retained for the duration of the client relationship plus 7 years, to satisfy accounting and tax record requirements

       SMS message logs: retained for 12 months from the date of the conversation

       Email correspondence: retained for up to 3 years

When personal information is no longer needed, we securely destroy or de-identify it.
